PSP is the worst supported 40M selling console in history. This is not because people don't play games on PSP. The biggest issue the sytem faces is piracy. I am the only one I know out 17 PSP owners that actually buys games. All of my friends, family, and assosiates are dick head pirates. The problem Sony faces is that they can not fix this issue on the current PSP. They still have to be supportive of the people that are not being asses and that don't have internet, memory, or money. This is why I think it is crucial that Sony gets the next PSP out within the next 2 years. Basically they need to copy the Ipods current situation. They need to have the all in one version, and they need to have the version that primarly does games. Here is my list of PSP future needs: New PSP Skus -PSPhone 32GB -PSPhone 16GB -PSP 2 64GB -PSP 2 32GB -PSP 2 16GB (the PSPhone and the PSP 2 are the same product, just one has a phone and more built in) Phone and PSP 2 Features -3G phone capabilities* -Wifi -QWERTY pad -6 megapixel camera* -16 or 32GB of SSD internal storage* (64GB with PSP 2 also availible) -Memory Stick mirco slot for expanded memory -4.3" Touch screen @ 960 x 544 (double PSP resolution, but same size) -Built in speaker -Blue Tooth* -USB mini (for charging, and transfering data) -Sixaxis motion sensing -Vibration Controls -Same as PSP -Plus second nub -L2 and R2 triggers Proccessing -Cell micro (1 PPE 512Mb L2 cache, 4 SPE's w/256KB SRAM) -Nvidia GPU with simular achitecture to PS3 -128MB system RAM, 128MB GPU RAM Apps -same as PSP (assuming PSP gets, PS Store w/ music, updated web browser, and PSN support) -plus photo editing -plus album creater (for video, music, and photos) -plus calander -plus word proccessor Games -All games through the PS Store -Stations at all retail locations for people to download games to system if bought in store This is what I want if Sony really does a new PSP within a year and a half to two years. There are other features I would love to see, but I have a dinner to attend. |
all for under $2,000
