Ok, in your first paragraph you talk about shovelware. In your second paragraph you state: "The Wii is no different. I must have misunderstood your post because it looked to my like you were comparing shovelware to Area 51.

I am comparing quick cash-ins to Area 51. Why? Because it's no more reasonable to complain about the quick cash-in Wii games than it is to judge one of the 2,934 FPS games slated for release on the 360 and PS3 this year. We don't know, hence the line you bolded. These games should not be held to a different standard or judged in any different way than a random shooter on the 360. People are complaining simply because of the system it's on.

Blacksite: Area 51 is not shovelware/quick cash-in though, it has a good budget, and they're working hard on it (graphics, multiplayer, storyline, etc).  FPS may all seem the same to you but they can play vastly different (especially online).  Anyways I won't bother trying to argue this with you since you've gotten it into your head that Blacksite: Area 51 is shovelware, and it's not worth it to show you that you're wrong.
