Little Big Planet, regardless of how you view it, looks to be a system seller to me. I don't particularly have a taste for it like my interest in Super Mario Galaxy. That doesn't prevent me, though, from seeing that it will sell truckloads. Fable 2 may be an excellent game but it won't sell on quite the same level.
I see 500k for LBP and 700-800k for Fable 2 in their first week.
