Quoted so we can all fully appreciate the irony of the two bolded statements appearing in the same post. You are coming off as about as elitist as one could possibly be. |
lmao. well done De85, i didnt catch that. Truth be told i would be less "anti-mac" if it didnt create people like impulsivity. Before his first post, the only thing someone said about macs that were "negative" was that they are on the more expensive side - pretty much due to there being no low end model (waiting to see if he can show me a cheaper, or reasonably priced alternative build then what i got, but until then i won't add to that).
I'm all for people having choice - i appreciate that mac is gaining ground, but the operating system doesnt work for me. The responce i got from impulsivity was that i was a moron that didnt accept change, and then accused me of being a republican (the "not voting for obama" comment). But really, whats the point of defending something such as an operating system platform to such a degree, when it is by its nature far more dependant on "user-preference" than even the consoles? It's not like people are choosing a ps3 over the 360 for its user-interface (won't surprise me if there are, but i would assume that is a very small group), people choose thier consoles for the games (or other features). But the varying operating systems are pretty much all user-interface differences, since there is usually some way to get the proper program to do what you want no matter what platform you use.
um..stuff
