I just started ignoring posts once I see that the person's name is "Spidey_77". The dude spreads ps3 hate every chance he gets, typing a reply seems like a waste of effort.

I think that is a better translation of what he is saying actually.

 

edit: and if the ps3 really is tracking 30% higher than expected, then there could possibly be shortages because Sony had set up their production lines to produce so many consoles.  So if they are selling better than expected, then that production number is to low.  Just like with Nintendo needing to redo things to produce more products, Sony might have guessed to low for demand a little big and need to reword their lines to bring that number up a bit.
