When was the last time you visted a fast food restaurant?

And yet big huge meals at any restaurant can be just as bad if not worse than fast food.

I could stay at home and eat breakfast, but then I'd probably eat 3 fried eggs, a bunch of toast and too much butter on it all...no better than a single Dunkin Donuts sandwich I figure.
