It doesn't say it's unnanounced, it just says  it's unreleased, one of those 11 is likely WKC for example.

 

 

But on the list there are games that haven't been released (RE5, LBP, R2, Motorstorm 2, Samurai Way 3, Naruto UNS), the others should be new games (or official announcements of rumored games). At the very list, they should be games they can't reveal the title (though it's likely that one is WKC, it would make no sense for it not to appear at TGS)

My thoughts exactly. Most of them have new or at least I hope. Sony annouced about 6 new games last TGS.
