"At least" is a bit of an overstatement considering GT4 didn't manage it, nor did GT2, and GT3 was bundled a lot to make it up to 14-15 million.

I would say GT5 is the only PS3 game (known about) that has any chance of passing 10 million, but I think it more likely it will end around 8-9 million, and i would give a full range of 7-11 million which I think it is sure to be in.

 

GT4 has sold over 10mil copies, VG just has incomplete data for its sales.  The game has even sold around 200k units this fiscal year.
