Uh, huh.
I play on Live with my harddrive less 360 all the time. The ONLY reason for the harddrive is to download demos of games, which I couldn't care less about. I can even fit ANY XBLA game if I want to on my memory card.
If anything the arcade SKU is much better than people realize. Most people, like you, don't seem to realize what a bargain it is.
Most people thinks it can't be used on Live and many even think it's just for old arcade games, ridiculously enough.
