You seriously think Soul Calibur Legends, Nights, Boogie, Ghost Squad, Rabbids 2, RE: UC and Medal of Honor were all being made before the success of the Wii was known???

Also remove Dragon Ball Z from there cause it's another PS2 game that is also being released on Wii for a cash in.

It's a fact that RE:UC, Soul Calibur Legends, and Nights were being made before the Wii showed how successful it can be. It wasn't really until a few months after the holidays that everyone realized the demand for Wii's wasn't dropping like we all expected. I'm not so sure about when Boogie started planning/development, but EA has said they didn't take the Wii seriously until E3 last year. According to them they started shifting resources then, but it seems they have also been shifting more and more this year. I think Madden was the only game so far that they really put both time and effort into. SSX and Tiger Woods are a few noteworthy games that might have turned out ok, but were not given the time and treatment they needed. The Godfather was an obvious quickie port, but they somehow did a very respectable job with the controls. Boogie seems to be a very different approach from these previous games. I'm pretty sure it was in development sometime last year(before the Wii really proved itself). The other titles I mentioned seem to be cheapish cash-ins, while Boogie seems to be given the "star" treament. Even though I think it will be quite mediocre, I just don't think it appeared out of the blue earlier this year when the Wii started showing it had serious legs. However, you may see the "obvious" success of the Wii as starting at an earlier time than I do(maybe after E3 06 or the strong holiday launch).
