So what to discuss about then if the content rating was different with other nations? Anyway, its different here because the censorship rating here depends on MTRCB, but thats on cables, TVs, and movies. The one that on CD form was the optical media board, but the OMB was too busy with pirated goods that as long as it dont have excessive violence like torture or have pornographic scenes they can distribute it freely. We really have no rating in a sense rating, and with (sorry to say this) rampant pirating here in our country our government never care less...
P.S. sorry for editing but I want to know, what rating is Green Day anyway? in your country? Ours have no rating even it involves emo kid as long as there are no swear words or cursing its safe to buy. I think this post is topic related because we're discussing rating content here
