Wii: Marijuana: A wide variety of people use it. Get's you high.
360: LSD: Not actually a pain killer, but really, who gives a rat's ass? I'm not taking it to kill my pain, I'm taking it to trip balls.
PS3: Ketamine: A disassociative. Out of body experience. Amazing experience, but noone wants to be around some douche in a K-hole.
