If we go by this logic then nothing is mature in life. Which is the truth actually.
Why do so many people need to argue over what's mature or not in this topic? The OP obviously asked for M rated games and asked why there weren't many M rated games on the Wii. If he said mature, it was obviously in reference to the rating supplied by the ESRB.
