The Wii's current lack of mature content games: temporary or terminal?

I think I should clarify that when I meant mature content I am strictly speaking of games with an ESRB rating of M or over.

I am not in anyways instigating a debate in what constitute a 'mature' or 'adult' game.

I am also not arguing that M rate games = better.

I am merely observing the fact that

a) The majority of the game i purchase are in hindsight M or above.
b) The wii seems to have very few M or above rated games.

Then asking the question of if you think this is a issue that could be address in the future or not.
