My Top Spin 3 impressions, Wii music and misinformed wii core gamers...

Well as for the Wii Music, I dunno its not for core gamer but we dont even know about it yet and we bash about it. Same goes with other casual games 3rd party and Ninty themselves make but according to vgchartz so far:

Big Beach Sports----> 510,000
Deca Sports-----> 720,000

These 2 games are reviewed, and give a low score and yet it sells well same goes for Carnival games, Mario and Sonic and Game Party. This is what Im thinking so far, IF Ninty caters more to casual gamers and not upstreaming them just like Malstrom says what can we do about it? Do we have to whine about it? OK I know, I know Ninty still advertising and making games for the hardcore same goes for other 3rd parties but believe it or not core games are niche right now. Thats why 3rd party themselves highly advertised their games even it cost them millions of dollars because in the long run their games have no legs to run on unlike Mario kart Wii and Wii fit. MGS4 and Devil May cry 4 was one of them, I didnt include GTA IV and Madden NFL because theyre casual games.

we core gamers dont dictate what will happen in videogame industry or what games arent good and what games arent. Even a gamer or a kid/parent buy Ninjabread Man which make DDI a success we dont have a power to stop it. The industry is changing, what Wii core gamers just do was to enjoy the core games that Wii have and dont whine about it and hope that Nintendo will make us a new Zelda, F-Zero and a new Starfox or 3rd parties gives us a new SFIV, KH3 or RE5. it'll not happen, and if it'll happen it will not do them any good in the long run, most core games are niche titles and frontloaded what 3rd parties must do was introduce a new game that could appeal to the casual and the core and not established titles that only a sector of gaming community could buy like what namco did so far...
