Team Siren and Polyphony Digital, and the rest of SCEJ.  The problem with SCEJ is that it's not divded into specific teams, or at least none that we know by name.  They're kind've like Nintendo EAD in that regard.

But last gen SCEJ Proper developed various games, from multiple Ape Escape games to LocoRoco.

They have Clap Hanz (the makers of Hot Shots Golf), Millienium Kitchen (developers of My Summer Vacation), Rhino Studios (devs of Afrika), and the devs of Ape Escape and LocoRoco of course.
