If this isn't a full fledged console, then the PS2 wasn't a full fledged console. PS2 had barely nothing, and you MUST pay an extra for the memory card while the 360 arcade comes with the memory card. It's also bundled with arcade games. You don't need the HDD to play 360 games and go on xbox live.
