OK fist are the number are having an effect. The PS3 is losing sales sence the price cut in NA and the 360 is gaining them. Also the price cut has only been 2 days in Europe when the number for the 20th of september were posted so the 360 should beat it when the next set of number are posted for others. Quote me on that if you want the 360 will beat the PS3 in Europe for the 27th.
