Well this weeks hardware NA hardware numbers are out and every single console did subpar

One week isn't enough data to draw any conclusions but I think it's safe to say that America's economic woe's have to some extent affected console sales although overall sales are still holding up relatively well.
These next few weeks will be very telling in assesing the average consumers mindset on the economy and the value of entertainment
