I doubt the new DS will have a camera, if it is just a update. Being able to play music I can understand, but something that could fundamentally change the way games are played (i.e Camera) would not work.
BUT I don't think it'll happen, DS Lite is too hot right now to have a remake, they only remake when things get stale (Gameboy Colour, Advance SP, Micro, DS Lite).
