So, with this logic Halo sold millions because it was bundled.  I do beleave Motorstorm and Resistance out sold any of the 360's launch titles.  There is a reason M$, Sony and ninty put good games in bundles, it's to sell consoles.  The fact that the game is available in a bundle is a testimate to its ability to sell.

Anyway, this will be a close battle between the two.  I can't wait.

Original Halo because halo 3 wasn't bundled much at all? Halo series is killer app, it sold itself.

 

The Halo 3 bundle in the U.S. with the game is still available.  Wal-Mart has them in stock.  My point is the games that are bundled, are already good sellers.  They put them in there the sell consoles.

Nope, you're mistaken. Halo 3 was never bundled by MS in the US (about 98% sure). What you are referring to is halo 3 themed console, game is not included.

If you read the specs on the walmart Halo 3 "bundle":

It states "Your choice of halo 3 game" (bundled at store level), and below that it states what's included in the halo themed console.

And yes, Resistance was bundled with 40gb ps3 and NBA 08.

 

Target has a halo 3 bundle where you do not get a choice in games.  This may be a retailler bundle and not a M$ but your mention of the 40gb Resistance is a retailler bundle and not a sony bundle
