The way the planets are 'organized' is a coincidence, they all just formed in the same manner as would be expected under the laws of physics. The way your body lives and functions isn't coincidence it came about through evolution.
Also various branches of physics do explain why the galaxies and planets are organized as they are and the big bang theory (not the big band theory, although big bands are pretty awesome) is only a part of that.
Also a plane is nothing like the universe, to equate the two in that little metaphor is just silly. The universe is a big jumbled mess governed by a few solid laws. A plane that flies itself is highly and rigourously organised and requires intelligence (in order to fly itself).
