Impulsivity on 26 September 2008
Well first off it would be hard for the Wii to do anything like LBP until they fix their storage problem. Until that better then hard drive idea comes out there just isn't the room to do anything like LBP can do.
Secondly they really don't need to worry. Most of the casuals who like LBP already have a Wii. LBP is more to confront the 360 then the Wii. The Wii has plenty of other games that appeal to the same types as LBP and though they are possibly not as good as LBP will be, there are more of them. It's the 360 that doesn't have anything to cater to the market that both the Wii and LBP are going for. The Wii will do just fine until Sony gets the price down to 299 with a LBP bundle.
