Hehe you take that personal do you? The funny thing here is that I think Wii Sports was the most important game this generation and I have seldom had as much fun with a game as with Wii Tennis (only in multiplayer of course)
And even if I thought that the WiiFit mania was overdone I never argued that it would flop. Fitness is a huge market so success in a varied degree was assured and the custom input device made many minigames possible. So the Wii brand games where not the things I am criticizing on Wii.
Wii Music is different. It is retarded and this has nothing to do with age. Did anyone EVER argue that it was only for kids and therefore bad? The argument is that it is bad and idiotic per se. For all age groups.
Wii Music jumped the shark. Wii Gardening might end it.
I think everyone in the gaming press and on sites that do not have the Nintendo religion is agreeing that this game is shitty. Now the only open question is if the huge Wii name will save it or if it will flop like no Nintendo game has flopped before. We will see. The point is Myamoto doesn't make games to please or anger hardores. He makes games to make money. Either he succeeds with this ... or not.
