 He's saying that the release of Everyone's Golf and the price... whatever-it-was helped sales for the PS3, and is wondering if the sales will continue at this level, enough to get developers to have enough faith in the system to give it another shot with their titles. 

Yep wat titles? Most titles on the 360's 3rd party of coming to the ps3.
