If you haven't yet noticed, the sales figures for the consoles are listed on the front page of the site.
There is holiday season coming up at the end of the year in which the number of PS3 consoles sold will more likely increase before the release of GT5 whenever that may be.
to answer your question:
At the moment, 15.58 million PS3 consoles have been sold.
That means that to get to 10 million units of GT5 sold, 2 out of three current owners would have to buy the game.
I suspect you're just looking to anger people or possibly even troll.
