Yamauchi and Iwata talked about Wii (and DS) and their strategy years in advance, even Reggie was telling what they are doing in every conference and interview, but nobody ever cared to pay any attention. Then they say "wow, nobody saw that coming". In the end, apparently it's not enough for Nintendo to tell that they aren't going to ditch their most profitable audience and release the majority of their games for the audience to back up their words. Nintendo releases four blue ocean games, and they are focusing on the new audience for some reason. |
Its funny because thats what how will I feel when the october conference was real and Nintendo will announced some games on that conference. Sorry but I didnt get the hype and expectations on the last fall conference since I didnt own a Wii only till this year. I think Im not even posting on this site at all last year.
end of core gaming days prediction:
E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced
E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.
E3 2010- Tape runs out
