Don't remember that mission... I mustn't have gotten that far into Vice City.

Still, if this is actually an essential means of making money in the game, and with real drugs...

 

It's not exactly a mission, when you buy the Mr. Whoopee factory, you can sell the ice creams to the pedestrians, which are of course covered by SPANK (GTA's fictional drug)
