I don't think Nintendo fans are the sole offenders of this. I've seen just as many HD fanboys make these arguments as Nintendo fanboys.
That being said, they both need to chill out. Nintendo knows what they're doing a lot more than a bunch of people on the internet. That's why they make billions of dollars a year and everyone else posts on message boards.
