I prefer a couple smaller places that aren't outside Chicagoland...but if I had to pick a chain I'd pick Aurelio's. It's mainly in greater Chicagoland, but they have a couple in Florida now I think, as well as one in Denver and one in Las Vegas.
If you don't live nearby, you could always have them pack a pizza in dry ice and ship you 1-4 pizzas by air for about $50-$75...do it now! It's so worth it.
