The fact that it's even comparable is the point I was trying to make. Considering it's basically an early 360 game, means that Epic was able to do really early what most developers are only recently being able to match. So, Gears has quite a legacy for having graphics above and beyond what one would expect. That was my point. Sony fans that have never played it, believe that it looks good "for a 360 game" or "for an early game." No, it still looks better than most games that are released nowadays, with very few exepctions, and the second game might step that up.
