The main problem? This won't fix anything before Nov. 4th. It's not a cure-all - and won't fix measures for a while. If you want relief, nothing Congress proposes will help in the short haul.
With that said, the next pres will have time to correct it. Let's see where the candidates stand and quit playing Pres until they are actually President.
