The guns are just given too easilly to people.
Basically this guy just copied the Jokela guy a year back.
The police knew about the video last friday, the guy was interrogated monday about the video, but the police thought that the guy was harmless after all. Then tuesday he attacked the school and apparently even tried to burn it down.
Menthal illness, what else can you say.
