All I can say is lol.
Microsoft really can't afford to reduce the 360 in price much longer and still remain remotely profitable. This will likely be the last price-drop that Microsoft can afford before significantly redesigning the system. Sony on the other hand has plenty of room at 400 to issue a price-drop and remain profitable.
360 is still way in the red too mate, and the price cuts aren't going to help bring it into the green for quite a while. Furthermore, your argument against the PS3's profitability isn't valid since its software sales make up for the losses on the hardware sales which the recent inclusion of the new 65nm RSX chips will help reduce. And in case you weren't aware, PS3 is just as likely to see a slim model released with the new 45nm Cell coming next year too.
