wow I'm confused.
but, In answer to goddog's statement If it is published/produced by a 3rd party company example Mario and Sonic is made and Published by SEGA, than it is a 3rd party game because Nintendo (in this instance) did not make it, or Publish it. If further explanation is needed: Soul Calibur 4 aren't considered Star Wars games(or Lucas Arts for that matter), simply because Namco payed for the rights to use hars. or as tretres referenced SSBB is not a Konami game because of the use of Snake.
