Here are my time attack times (all pretty bad save for concrete and hornet man)
Magma - 2:13
Hornet - 1:44
Galaxy - 2:29
Tornado - 2:02
Jewel - 2:06
Splash - 2:24
Plug - 2:01
Concrete - 1:42
Some tips
1) B. bomb cancel - using that attack is effective but takes a lot of time until you can shot again. The trick is to pause and unpause the game. That way you can kill several enemies that are too strong for J. satellite in less than a second.
2) Rush Jet is your best friend. You can skip several parts of the game with jet. For example in Tornado Man stage you don`t need to jump onto those spinning batteries.
3) T. Blow is godly powerful. It will kill an entire screen of enemies (95% of them). Just before you reach a crowded screen equip it and use it.
