- Nothing on the map has changed from the West to the Midwest and for most of the South.
- Pennsylvania went from a tie to slightly Obama.
- Virginia went from slightly McCain to slightly Obama
- New Hampshire went from weak Obama to slightly McCain (Bush won this state in 2000)
- Ohio went from slightly McCain to a tie.
