I've often found Sega's games to be overrated anyway. (Many are too short and shallow. I think that comes from their arcade roots.) If they choose to not grab the free money that the DS and Wii are printing, so be it. Maybe Nintendo can buy them out in a couple of years when they're in financial trouble again.
Numbers are like people. Torture them enough and you can get them to say anything you want.
