He seems to be a big Mega Man fan, actually, judging by how he's been publically praising the early games since 2006. He's also written about 9 quite a bit; this is the first time he's had anything even remotely negative to say about it.
Who is this clown? I'd never heard of him up until half an hour ago.
You can't have been paying very close attention then. Suffice it to say that he's been talking about this generation of gaming since mid-2006, and that unlike the professional analysts he's actually been right on about what will happen.
