I shouldnt reply to a fanboys flamebait post but here goes anyway. It is not CGI and it is not representative of gameplay.

It is a cutscene from the single player campaign using in-game assets and rendered with the in-game engine.  The rendered footage is then filmed to create a cinematic experience. 

Please don't try to label people as fanboys.  It makes you seem ignorant.
