How can their losses even be determined? Evey download does not equal a lost sale.
A crime is a crime, eh? So then why are you asking any questions anyway, because it seems as though you already have all of the answers given to you by the US government. I suppose that when a law is amended or repealed or when you're in different cities/states/countries what you believe automatically changes.
