Well, if Nintendo didn't exist, that would mean that the video game market would be incredibly small (presuming no other company would've entered the race, anyways). Only Sega would be here, and who knows what they would be like without competition.

Now, if you meant Nintendo stop producing games and systems after the last generation, then I'd have to go Microsoft. While Sony didn't directly kill Sega, they're f*ckers anyways. Microsoft as a whole isn't much better, but at least their games division isn't so arrogant.
