@Paul_Warren and those who think like him, "the plural for speculation is not data." That quote rings true in this form as well.
"The plural of opinion is not data."
Just because you can't see the persons making up those numbers for each quotient doesn't mean that number isn't steepend from their perspective. Your best bet is to get over it and buy yourself a copy of LBP.
I posed some questions before, I'd love to have them answered ^_^.
