"Issue"...cute.
And I quite agree that it's "nice" that they're graciously increasing the number of times you can enjoy the product you paid for. I also thought it was "nice" of my insurance company to pony up a whopping 2/3rds of the money they promised they'd pay me in our contract. And, in both cases, it only took days and days of needless wrangling to get (closer) to what should have happened in the first place.
