Too much fanboyism here, and I'll tell you how. One of my favorite games this gen has been the underrated survival horror gem Siren. So far, Siren received a 78% AVERAGE rating. This AVERAGE rating will not stop me from enjoying Siren. In fact, Resident Evil (main storyline) games have scored higher than Siren, but Siren's gameplay and presentation appeal to me more than the Resident Evil series. So when I find a game I like, I'm going to buy it, and I'm going to enjoy it. Some people think 79 for ES is bad, some think it's good. WHO CARES as long as you like the game, and it's worth ya bucks. And I don't care how well or how bad a game sells because sales never dictate quality. And the actual number of units sold isn't as important as whether or not the game was worth the developer's efforts. If they made a worthy profit and think a sequel is worth the gamble, great because that mean more games to choose from. Some of you put too much "faith" in numbers to justify a hobby, and that's missing the whole point of gaming.
Hackers are poor nerds who don't wash.
