If Nintendo is in the wrong, they'll pay the fine, make more Wii's, kick more ass, and take more names.
If Nintendo isn't wrong, they'll fight and win. This isn't Nintendo's first foray into legal battles. They've been getting sued/filing suits since the Nes days. Nothing to worry about.
