MK's up -b is kiler though, I gotta learn how to use Pit's shield on it, great matches Icilim and tuoyu and that Ike player was funny as heck, I haven't had fun playing online in a while.

 

Yeah I saw that too when I tried to recover.
You just need an attack that had more priority.
Mentioning that I guess Ivo is wrong about arial priority.
I recall Zelda's up air go through MK's tornado before, while pit's bair just clang and gets overpowered.
And I don't know who that Ike player was, we wore the same color though.
He kills himself alot. ^_^

Tornado is a special move, and all special moves have priority regardless of where they are at. Dedede's aerials can't beat it, but his D-tilt, D-smash, F-smash, and U-smash all can. Kirby's Hammer can easily challenge it as well as his Stone and Final Cutter.

Some aerials can beat the tornado it you come from above or below but striking the sides will only cancel out their hitbox and get you hit.

The only priority aerials have is entirely implied. And implied priority is, in short, they will cross your hurtbox before your hitbox will cross mine. Which is in fact, just having better range without putting your hurtbox at risk and not priority at all.
