it seems pretty serious with the ITC actual taking intrest the ITC has the power to block shipments and pull them all off the shelves if it sees what it thinks is infringment, and they normaly dont take intrest in cases until it is almost certin a ruling will be made for the plantif

Having been in the ITC for three seperate trials and invovled in four trials there. I can state with certainity that the ITC is a more serious matter than some court in Marshall Texas.

However in the cases I have been involved in we have succesfully blocked the shipments of certain imported cartridges. We have not only defended our clients patents but also invalidated their patents as knowledge common in the field. We have also just defended another patent.

A case in the ITC is by no means a slam dunk for the plantiffs it is however a serious matter. The ITC is an adminstrative court with a judge and a committee. I love the ITC cases they are so exciting and very busy.
