Expand the graph out to 400 weeks. Just looking at the slope of the slow period, the wii outsells the PS2 where it includes holidays. The wii is still supply constrained. Given the current level of sales, which doesn't match the new production levels, you know Nintedo is stock piling. Just think what the graph will look like in 4 months...
You could argue about quality (or lack of), but according to metacritic the wii has 258 games and the PS3 has 206. I wonder how many games the PS2 had at this point in it's life...
