Game Database Question - Midnight Club III

I noticed something wierd in the game database for the game Midnight Club III.

 

Weekly sales of America are being added here:

http://www.vgchartz.com/games/game.php?id=5352&region=All

 

However, there is a seperate page for the same game (The 3 was changed to III).

http://www.vgchartz.com/games/game.php?id=22374&region=All

 

The second one has Others Data, but the America data is far less. Is it just really old, and the American sales have risen that much? Or was it wrong?
